Just over a week ago, on January 7th I graduated with my Masters of Arts in Peace Studies from the University of Innsbruck. I was lucky enough to have the chance to go to Austria to receive my degree in person. Here I am receiving my degree:
Over the graduation weekend, I also got my thesis printed and bound, which was in itself an adventure as my friends and I attempted to align all the headings, fight a paper jam, and communicate with the shop attendant in German with my friend Joanne translating back to English. In the end it got done, and it looks beautiful!
